As a member of the Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacy team this individual will be responsible fore the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the ED and all associated areas (eg. Pediatrics, Trauma, Urgent Care) including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation. Job Summary
Staff pharmacists process/verify orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.

Education
Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy - Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy
Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy - Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
