  • The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within an organization. They work closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. The IT Project Manager also provides leadership and guidance to project teams, manages project risks, and communicates project status to key stakeholders.

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
     
  • Experience
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or related roles. 
  • Skills
  • Basic project management skills,

IT Project Manager II:
Job Summary

  • Proficiency in using various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders with diverse interests and expectations.
  • Skill in optimizing resource allocation and managing project team dynamics.
  • Understanding of budget management and cost control practices for IT projects.
  • Experience in coordinating with external vendors and managing procurement processes.
  • Proficient in identifying issues and risks and managing scope changes and project agreements..

IT Project Manager III:

    Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles, including experience in managing medium-scale projects. 
  • Skills
  • Capability to align projects with organizational goals and contribute to IT project portfolio management.
  • Ability to lead teams through organizational changes and adapt project plans accordingly.
  • Knowledge of implementing quality assurance and control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success.
