IT Project Manager II:

  • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders with diverse interests and expectations.
  • Skill in optimizing resource allocation and managing project team dynamics.
  • Understanding of budget management and cost control practices for IT projects.
  • Experience in coordinating with external vendors and managing procurement processes.
  • Proficient in identifying issues and risks and managing scope changes and project agreements..

IT Project Manager III:

  • Capability to align projects with organizational goals and contribute to IT project portfolio management.
  • Ability to lead teams through organizational changes and adapt project plans accordingly.
  • Knowledge of implementing quality assurance and control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success.
