Job Summary
The Regional Perinatal Center is seeing a highly motivated, compassionate, and positive sonographer to our team. As a sonographer at Regional Perinatal Center, you would work closely with our experienced maternal providers to provide care to our patients and ensure a healthy outcome for them and their babies. When you join our team, you will be working with exceptional providers and staff that take great pride in providing the best care to our patients. Our sonographers work Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm, which affords a balanced work-life balance.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Graduate of Approved School of Medical Sonography or Associates Degree within health science
Experience
Required: 1-2 Years Related Experience
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with different levels of management.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
Proficient in using computers and computer systems; Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of current information technology to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: Proof of passing result on ARDMS or ARRT examination.
Required: R.T. (S) (ARRT) or ARDMS (AB) (OB/GY), (VT) or (MSKS). Verification within 3 months of hire via ARDMS or ARRT website.
Required: Must obtain BLS within 90 days of hire date
