Summary

  • Job Summary
    • Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Preferred: High school diploma or Equivalent

    • Experience

      • Required: 1 year of Cooking Experience
    • Skills

      • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
      • Able to stand for long periods of time
      • Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
      • Able to move quickly
      • Food safety and sanitation knowledge

    • Licensure/Certification/Registration

      • Preferred: ServSafe certification
