  • Job Summary
    • The Lead Clinical Excellence Coord is responsible for coordinating, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluating clinical quality of improvement initiatives. This position serves as the health system’s clinical quality improvement performance improvement resource by providing consultative assistance, team facilitation, and project coordination.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare science OR equivalent experience to equal at least 4 years in a medical or clinical setting.
      • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Science
    • Experience
      • Required: 2 years of healthcare experience, performance improvement and/or project management experience
      • Preferred: 2 years’ experience in a Quality or Clinical Excellence Coordinator role
    • Skills
      • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organizational and priority setting skills
      • Ability to work with other and communicate effectively
      • Ability to lead projects and/or teams
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Preferred Certification in Healthcare Quality
