  • Job Summary
    • The Construction Laborer is responsible for doing demolition type work in a construction environment under Healthcare regulations. This position will provide support to skilled construction workers and will be trained on the job for back-up to these positions. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments. This position will learn the proper use of tools and equipment found in a construction environment. The Construction Laborer may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary and approved by supervisor.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience
      • Preferred: Previous experience related in the construction / remodel field
    • Skills
      • Problem solving skills.
      • Basic communication skills.
      • Ability to prioritize workload.
      • Basic knowledge or willing to learn the safe operation of all tools used in the performance of duties
      • Basic knowledge or willing to learn regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems and building repairs
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Required: Active Driver's License
