Job Summary

  • The Enteral /OstomyCoordinator role requires a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and manage patients with enteral, ostomy, and urological needs. Responsibilities include patient education, device management, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and quality of life for patients with specialized medical requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Job Requirements

 

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent 

Experience

●Preferred: 1-2 years related experience

●Preferred: 1-2 years patient care experience

Skills

●Customer Service

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams

●Proficient Computer skills

●Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private payers guidelines for reimbursement related to enteral/ostomy

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
