  • Job Summary
    • This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing quality management initiatives within the organization.  The role involves assisting leadership with implementing and maintaining quality and regulatory standards, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.  The quality Management Coordinator drives continuous improvement efforts, identifies areas for enhancement, and helps facilitate implementation of quality assurance measures to uphold high-quality standards across the organization
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
        • Required: Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare Related Field and/or process management.
        • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
    • Experience
        • Required: 3-5 years healthcare experience
        • Preferred:
          • 2 years management experience
          • Performance improvement and/or project management experience
    • Skills
        • Strong interpersonal and management skills
        • Self-motivated individual with proactive approach to task
        • Ability to work autonomously and achieve goals independently
        • Ability to pay close attention to detail to help identify and rectify quality issues
        • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate process and inform changes
        • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
        • Willingness to adapt to changes, embrace new technologies, and drive continuous improvement in quality and regulatory processes
        • Basic computer and database management
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
        • Preferred:
          • Current Missouri RN license
          • Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent
          • Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt
