  • Job Summary
    • The Client Relations Manager is responsible for calling on current and prospective customers, conducting needs assessments and developing ways to create value for the customer.  This position will work directly with local employers (current and prospective), referring provider clinics, and community organizations to build and foster long-term positive relationships to facilitate revenue growth opportunities for CoxHealth.  The Client Relations Manager will develop strategies for business growth and retention, create new pipeline opportunities and maintain a good working knowledge of products, services and specialties available throughout CoxHealth. 
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s in a related field or 8 years of experience
    • Experience
      • Preferred:
        • Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
        • Prior experience working with providers in a sales or business development capacity.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Demonstrate “global thinking” in relation to CoxHealth.
        • Demonstrate ability to work with all types of people and personalities.
    • Skills
      • Strong relationship building and/or sales skills
      • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
      • Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of physicians and customers.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
      • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
      • Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.
      • Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
