  • Job Summary
    • The Enterprise Educator assumes responsibility for coordinating, teaching and developing various educational processes or programs as assigned. Position incumbent embodies process and systems thinking; problem solving globally and beyond the immediate need. Staff operates independently, interacting and collaborating with many disciplines and levels of staff/leaders in the organization. Person should exemplify lifelong learning through personal responsibility and ongoing self-growth and development. Staff engages others through effective communication, teamwork, consensus-building and effective facilitation and change-management skills and building networks and partnerships with stakeholders. Educator is committed to the development of others and being a positive change agent. Work demands may require flexibility in hours/days of the week.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: High School degree required.
      • Preferred: Associate’s Degree completed in general studies or related field
    • Experience
      • Required: Three years healthcare and/or corporate education experience
      • Preferred: Previous clinical experience, mental health experience, emergency department, or de-escalation experience
    • Skills
      • Demonstrates self-starter and proactive practices.
      • Evidence of ability to stimulate an awareness of and involvement in education for self, staff, and other health professionals and history of developing others.
      • Able to manage multiple assignments/manage projects.
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • N/A
