  • Job Summary
    • This professional position is assigned the responsibility and accountability to assist with the coordination of accreditation activities, CMS, and Missouri State licensure survey processes at all CoxHealth Campuses. The home base for this position is Cox South unless otherwise defined. Primary responsibility is to assist with ongoing support, instruction, and leadership to meet and exceed all accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. This position also has the responsibility and accountability for coordinating the quality process related to regulatory compliance; provide consultative guidance and mentoring; investigate and respond to regulatory concerns; coordinate self-assessments and risk assessments; evaluate and communicate new standards/regulation expectations; establish corrective action timelines, communication plans, and follow-up procedures to ensure continued compliance.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years management experience
      • Preferred: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    • Experience
      • Required: Five years healthcare experience
      • Preferred: Basic Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory processes
      • Performance Improvement and /or project management experience
    • Skills
      • Basic computer skills
      • Basic knowledge of accreditation and regulatory processes
      • Performance Improvement and/or project management experience
      • Strong interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organizational and priority setting skills
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Preferred: Current Missouri RN or LPN license
