  • Job Summary
    • The Information Technology Production Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of IT systems and applications used by an organization. The role involves monitoring system performance, identifying, and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently. The Information Technology Production Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and working with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

      This Production Support Analyst is aligned to Networking team to implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor network equipment to ensure smooth network operation in a 24x7 healthcare environment. This position will work alongside a remote and onsite network team.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT production support, with a focus on application support and troubleshooting OR Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • Skills
        • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
        • Strong communication skills to interact with end users, understand their issues, and provide efficient solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
        • Ability to utilize documentation to problem solve
        • Ability to create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documents for recurring issues and solutions.
        • Proficiency in using ticketing systems to document issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
        • Ability to manage tasks and work under pressure.
