IT Clinical System Analyst I:
Job Summary
  • The IT Clinical Systems Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of clinical IT systems and applications within a healthcare organization. They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems. This position will function as part of the Digital Imaging team, which provides operational support for the Radiology and Cardiology imaging solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Education
  • Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.
  • Skills
  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
  • Knowledge of at least one clinical IT systems, including electronic health records (EHRs), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), laboratory information systems (LIS), and other related applications.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
