  • Job Summary
    • This position is an integral part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, actively collaborating on enterprise-wide and business unit-specific initiatives focused on improving organizational efficiency. The position encompasses the analysis of clinical, operational, and business processes alongside the identification of data-driven insights to support process improvement recommendations. It requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on working with consumers to understand and document business needs. Additionally, an aptitude for working with data consumers to identify and deliver solutions using best practice reporting tools is essential
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Preferred: Associates degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems,  or a related field
    • Experience
      • Preferred:  0-2 years’ experience in a business analyst role with a focus on system automation or a related field OR Associates degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Systems,  or a related field
    • Skills
        • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
        • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
        • Excellent time management skills.
        • Assists in data collection and documentation of existing processes under guidance.
        • Begins to identify potential areas for improvement or automation.
        • Supports data preparation and basic data analysis tasks.
        • Learns how to interpret data and contribute to insights.
        • Contributes to brainstorming discussions offering solution ideas.
        • Develops standard reports and dashboards with supervision.
        • Presents findings to stakeholders under guidance.
        • Participates in meetings and assists with project documentation.
