Job Summary
The Director of Cost Initiatives will support our Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives. As a key member of the CIP team, they will be responsible for assisting in the financial development and establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments, evaluating departmental operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and Accounting, this role will play a crucial part in analyzing data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving cost reduction initiatives across the organization.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience
Required: 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Experience with collaboration with healthcare professionals, successful project management experience, and/or a background in Six Sigma/Lean and previous consulting experience.
Skills
