Job Summary

 

  • As a Healthcare Data Analyst for CoxHealth at Home, this person will play a crucial role in a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellent healthcare to patients requiring home assistance. The daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with department leaders to provide analytical support, identifying data requirements, extracting data from various platforms, and transforming it into actionable insights. The work in this role will contribute to the development of data-driven frameworks that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Job Requirements

 

  • Education
    • Required: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or related field OR 8 years relavent experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience
    • Preferred: Minimum one (1) year of healthcare data analytics or computer related experience.  Preferably in a home healthcare setting. 
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using tools such as SQL, ODBC Drivers, Excel, etc.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
    • Detail – oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
