IT Solutions Analyst I:
Job Summary
  • The IT Solution Analyst is responsible for providing technical and workflow support for the IT systems. They troubleshoot and resolve workflow and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the development and implementation of solutions to prevent future incidents, and provide guidance on workflow and system improvements. They review and perform validation of changes, new enhancements, or features and make best practice recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementation options. new software, application, or code releases and provide feedback on system performance and usability. The analyst must have a thorough understanding of healthcare as well as technical expertise in the relevant systems and technologies.  This position is aligned to the Identity & Access Management team and will be responsible for identifying strategies for access security in ERP business systems, including the Workday ERP system.  The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, security, and business teams, to implement and maintain ERP systems' security IAM processes.

  • Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience
  • Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently with direction
