Summary
The Senior Learning Consultant (Workday Training Lead) is responsible for creating and implementing a system-wide learning plan to support the adoption of Workday software, as well as supporting ongoing leadership development programming. The Senior Learning Consultant (Workday Training Lead) will develop and implement comprehensive training programs, leveraging adult learning principles and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday. Working closely with stakeholders, you will assess training needs, design engaging learning materials, and deliver effective training sessions. Additionally, the role will provide ongoing support to end-users, monitor training effectiveness, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
After the Workday project is completed, the Senior Learning Consultant will support ongoing leadership development programming. This role will contribute to the creation of best-in-class learning opportunities that advance employee performance, engagement, and behavioral competencies necessary to support the strategic goals of CoxHealth. Additionally, this role will serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental programming to ensure educational needs are dynamic and responsive to organizational needs.
