Job Summary

• Provides skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with Palliative Care policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Education
  • Required: Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner program.
• Experience
  • Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as Nurse Practitioner within the last three (3) years.
• Skills
  • Good clinical expertise, communication skills and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Required: MO Nurse Practitioner license

    Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days

    Required: Active Driver’s License
