Summary

Job Summary
- The APP Lead is responsible for coordinating the activities for the APPs. Assists with the interviews, onboarding new hires, and creating education plans. Provides heavy input on performance reviews both at 90 days and annually. Provides advanced care and treatment to patients and performs physical examinations; orders diagnostic tests, develops treatment plans and prescribes drugs or other therapies.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Masters of Science in Nursing OR Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant Program
- Experience
  - - Required: 2 years minimum
- Skills
  - - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
    - Proficient computer skills
    - Excellent team working skills and awareness of system needs
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: MO Nurse Practitioner License OR MO PA License
    
    Required: BLS within 90 days of hire
