  • Job Summary
    • The College Administrative Assistant is responsible to the Vice President of Business and Finance for receptionist, clerical, and administrative support duties aligned with the Mission of Cox College; the position collaborates across multiple departments for completion of duties, including, but not limited to, admissions, billing, financial aid, and records and registration.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education:
       
      • Required: Certificate or Degree from an Accredited Institution
      • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
    • Experience:
       
      • Preferred: Previous experience in an office setting
    • Skills:
       
      • Proficient in Word and Excel for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
      • Detail oriented and ability to learn new computer-based and/or job-related programs.
      • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments.
      • Ability to work effectively with College customers and workforce.
