Job Summary
- The Fitness Assistant is a customer service specialists at the front desk and on the exercise floor. While at the desk they are responsible for greeting members, answering phones, processing payments and membership applications. While on the exercise floor they are responsible for helping members with the basic use of our exercise equipment and enforces all our rules and policies. Fitness assistants also Facilitate cleaning and maintenance of all our equipment and general facility monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience
  - No prior experience required
- Skills
  - Mechanical aptitude
  - Manage conflict effectively
  - Works well independently
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
