Summary

Job Summary
- Has day-to-day responsibilities of providing direct care/supervision for children in Kids Club and cleaning/disinfecting the room and contents, as scheduled. Documentation/communication with peers and coordinator related to any incidents during the shift is also required. Also assists coordinator with activities, educational programs and special events.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous experience in a child care setting
- Skills
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills
  - Self- motivated, works independently/effectively with little direct supervision
  - Manages conflict effectively
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
