Summary

  • Job Summary
    • Coordinates the activities volunteers to provide an atmosphere of excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism; to promote the mission of the Auxiliary and the hospital; and to meet the goals of the organization. Oversees volunteer offices at Barton County.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
    • Experience
      • Required: 3-5 years related experience
      • Preferred: 1-2 years managerial/supervisory experience
    • Skills
      • Have public speaking skills to represent CoxHealth volunteers at community events, engage volunteers, conduct training sessions and represent the volunteer services profession at professional meetings, on boards and on community committees.
      • Absolutely must be able to effectively communicate with volunteers from ages 15 through adult.
      • Must possess tact and diplomatic skills for counseling and resolving conflicts.
      • Must have good time management and computer skills to coordinate programs, input paperwork and manage the volunteer flow for up to 500 people per year.
