LPN Job Summary
Assess patient needs and refer to appropriate level of care (Occupational Medicine Clinic, Urgent Care, or ER as appropriate.) Administer first aid, pre-employment screening services and act as a liaison between local employer site and corporate headquarters for FMLA, Workers Compensation and short-term disability. May advise patients on health related resources available through CoxHealth

Education
Required: Graduate of an approved License Practical Nursing program
Experience
Required: None
Preferred: Previous experience, especially in onsite clinic setting and/or occupational medicine
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
Exhibits ability to manage time and prioritize work.
Proficient Computer skills
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: MO LPN License
Required: Must obtain American Heart Association BLS within 90 days of hire
