***Looking for a Family Therapist***

Job Summary
- Assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient or group of patients for a designated time frame. Will conduct a variety of psychosocial assessments and provides care for these patients through therapeutic use of self and/or the patient care/problem solving process to assist the patient and family to achieve basic healthcare goals. The clinician is a member of an interdisciplinary team that is responsible for working collaboratively with the care team to ensure development and implementation of appropriate standards.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Master’s Degree in a related field of counseling services or social work
- Experience
  - Preferred: 1-2 yrs. Experience with wide variety of patient populations
  - Preferred: Experienced in Family Therapy
- Skills
  - Ability to work within scope of practice to help patient achieve highest level of quality possible for psychological well-being
  - Knowledge of community resources to help meet patient needs
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: LCSW Licensure, LPC, or provisional license with completed degree requirements
