Summary

Job Summary
- The Construction Laborer is responsible for doing demolition type work in a construction environment under Healthcare regulations. This position will provide support to skilled construction workers and will be trained on the job for back-up to these positions. Responds to work requests timely and professionally and is able to complete work assignments. This position will learn the proper use of tools and equipment found in a construction environment. The Construction Laborer may be required to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary and approved by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous experience related in the construction / remodel field
- Skills
  - Problem solving skills.
  - Basic communication skills.
  - Ability to prioritize workload.
  - Basic knowledge or willing to learn the safe operation of all tools used in the performance of duties
  - Basic knowledge or willing to learn regulatory requirements governing fire alarm systems, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems and building repairs
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: Active Driver's License
