Summary

Job Summary
Provides evaluation, direction and application of licensed nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients under the direction/supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, and within the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
 
Job Requirements
 
Education
Required: Graduate of an approved License Practical Nursing program
Experience
Required: Minimum six (6) months work as a practical/vocational nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
Skills
Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: MO LPN License
