Summary

Job Summary
- Oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled services for Home Health patients to ensure the highest quality of care.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Graduate of an approved nursing or therapy program.
- Experience
  - Required: Minimum one (1) year experience in professional nursing or therapy within the last three (3) years.
  - Preferred: Supervisory experience.
  - Preferred: Minimum six (6) months experience in Home Health.
- Skills
  - Must have independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.
  - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  - Must be able to exercise attention to detail and prioritize efficiently.
  - Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
  - Basic knowledge of computer preferred.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: MO RN license or Therapist license.
