- Interviews incoming patient or representative and enters information required for admission into computer by performing the duties listed below.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous registration or customer service experience
- Skills
  - Ability to communicate effectively.
  - Good telephone skills and ability to operate switchboard.
  - Must have basic computer skills including typing 40 wpm accurately.
  - Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multitask, ability to work under time .restraints and in highly stressful situations.
  - Knowledgeable of Federal and State Hospital Regulations.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Preferred: CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate)
