Summary

Job Summary
- Works on Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) and other improvement projects across the organization. Assists in the presentation of training material for the CoxHealth Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodology and tools. Gets project guidance from the CQI Manager.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Bachelors in healthcare, business, engineering or other relevant field
- Experience
  - Required: Previous utilization of process analysis or performance improvement tools and techniques
  - Preferred: 3–5 years related experience OR experience facilitating Lean, Six Sigma, or other events based on proven improvement methodologies
- Skills
  - Strong commitment to teamwork and ability to optimize efforts through collaboration and partnerships.
  - Analytical data skills to deploy the appropriate tools to improve the associated processes
  - Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to change.
  - Demonstrated use of basic lean, six sigma, and other C QI tools.

  - N/A
