Summary

  • Job Summary
    • A Customer Service Rep I is an employee with a basic working knowledge of all office (unit) functions and is responsible for facilitating communication and completing work assignments pertaining to general behaviors as follows: Heavy workload, capable of managing several tasks at one time. Responsible for intake of all patient orders, documentation of patient demographics and accurate placement of this information in the computer system. Must have a good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Third party Insurance reimbursement guidelines.

      • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience
      • Preferred: 2 years customer service experience
    • Skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
      • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
