Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for functions related to revenue cycle process evaluation and financial reporting and analysis.  He/she must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and trouble-shoot inefficiencies and issues, research and make recommendations for improvement, help implement changes, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Preferred: Minimum 1-2 year Revenue Cycle experience in healthcare setting
Skills
Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with others.
Highly proficient in all aspects of the PC and standard applications.
Highly proficient in Excel with ability to create, modify and trouble-shoot spreadsheets for data analytics.
Strong analytical skills to analyze processes and technology to determine how to maximize efficiency
Highly productive in a self-directed manner with ability to participate in projects, prioritize tasks, track status efficiently, and communicate proactively to management team and staff.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on issue resolution, new procedures and concepts.
Ability to learn and become proficient in SQL and Crystal will be expected for report writing.
