  Job Summary
  • The Virtual Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for the operation of the School Based Virtual Telehealth Clinics. This position will coordinate operational activities with Regional Services, Virtual Visits, CARE MOBILE CoxHealth, Telehealth Call Center, and other departments to deliver services to school districts. This position will create and maintain all school and other community contracts for service and internal and external playbooks. They will help develop all marketing materials, website content, employer satisfaction surveys, and future products as requested by customers.
  • Virtual Clinic Supervisor will also be responsible for the implementation of all school contracts including education, equipment installation, demos, testing, etc. Supervisor will work in collaboration with Virtual Visits Product Manager, Corporate Account Executives, and Corporate Account Advocates to strengthen relationships with the schools. They will assist with issue resolution for internal and external customers and coordinate all staff training/clinical in-service. Supervisor will have oversite and supervision of the on-site staff at each school.
  • The Virtual Clinic Supervisor is responsible for managing and training Virtual Clinic navigator staff that support and connect telehealth visits. Supervisor is the first point of contact for many patients and serves a critical role in establishing a great first impression. As a Supervisor, this position is also responsible for new hire training, addressing patient concerns, staff scheduling, and statistical reporting. Responsible for billing for all virtual visits products Responsible for the operations of all Virtual Clinics included but not limited to Occupational Medicine and employee health.
 
  Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience
    • Required: 2 years’ experience in customer service, project management, telemedicine, or grant funded projects.
    • Preferred: Prior supervisory or training experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
    • Demonstrates competency in use of software and office equipment
    • Excellent telephone skills, able to handle multiple lines.
    • Advanced skills in operating a PC and using Microsoft office including Excel and Outlook.
    • Able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
