Summary

*This position will be over the clerical staff for the new CoxHealth Monett Clinic*
Job Summary
  • Responsible/accountable for leading the clerical team following the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the clinic. Utilizes knowledge of organizing, delegating and supervising. Must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies. Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgement, decision-making and problem solving expertise.
 
 Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience
    • Required: No Prior Experience Required
    • Preferred: 1-2 years related experience
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding and how it affects reimbursement from third party payers
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
    • Proficient in using computers and computer
    • Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
