Job Summary
Maintains ongoing contact with infusion provider to facilitate communication and oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of infusion services to ensure quality care.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program
Experience
Required: Minimum one (1) years experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years.
Preferred: Minimum six (6) months experience in nursing.
Preferred: Previous infusion therapy experience.
Skills
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Home Health Regulations.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: MO RN license
