Provide support to the TeleHealth nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Completion of basic level EMT Training, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience
Preferred: Preferred Minimum of one (1) year experience as basic EMT within the last three (3) years, or Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant license, or (1) year experience as CMA within the last (3) years, or Minimum of (1) year TeleHealth experience.
Skills
Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
Ability to perform entry level computer data entry.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and employee records and information.
Able to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers and field staff.
