Job Summary
Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day care delivered by Home Care field staff in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients.
Job Requirements
Education
Per state guidelines, incumbent must possess one of the following:
1) current Registered Nurse license for state of Missouri.
2) minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree.
3) current LPN license for state of Missouri with at least one (1) year experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed.
4) minimum three (3) years experience in the direct care of the elderly, disabled or infirmed.

Ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgment and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
