Summary

Job Summary
- The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper functioning of the facility’s heating and air system, all electrical systems, generators, and plumbing. Maintains an active role in all building renovation and construction activities. The Maintenance Technician performs preventative checks and maintenance on all boilers, chillers, and hot water systems. Follows all preventative maintenance schedules as outlined and reports problem areas.

  - Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous maintenance experience
- Skills
  - Excellent communication skills
  - Exhibits valuable time management skills
  - Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
