***Available shifts could include 6:30PM-7AM, 6:30AM-7PM (12 hour Shifts), or 2:30PM-11PM,10:30PM-7AM, 6:30AM-3PM, (8 hour Shifts)***

Job Summary
- Is effectively involved with maintaining the safety for assigned patients through continuous observation and surveillance. Communicates with the Registered Nurse and patient care team to ensure a safe environment for medical patients requiring constant observation. Completes duties as assigned under the direct supervision of the RN.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous patient sitter experience
- Skills
  - Must be 18 years of age or older
  - Able to communicate and work with a wide variety of staff, patients and families
  - Basic computer skills
  - Ability to problem solve
  - Flexibility and ability to remain alert to safety issues
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - • N/A
