- Job Summary
- This professional position is assigned the responsibility/accountability to coordinate the Medical Staff Peer Review process. Primary responsibility is to assist the medical staff peer review committee with data collection, case review and preparation, track/trend performance, documentation of peer review activities, and committee correspondence. Additional responsibilities include focused and ongoing performance evaluations, developing medical staff performance reports, research applicable clinical practice guidelines/relevant literature, and performance benchmarks for project/case preparation.

- Education
- Required: Graduate of an approved Nursing program
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing
- Experience
- Preferred: 3 years of healthcare experience
- Skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Performance Improvement and/or project management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
