Job Summary
Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and demonstrate ability to utilize skills to inspire teamwork, quality, accountability, and ownership among team. Proficient in all tasks and functions of Admissions. Produces and maintains staff schedule for adequate staffing levels and assignment of job tasks; direct support and responsible for assisting staff with day-to-day staff questions and problem-solving issues; monitoring that Cox standards, as well as Admissions policy and procedures, are upheld; conducting performance evaluations, as well as coaching/disciplining.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Required: 2 years' registration or related experience
Skills
PC and keyboarding experience
Ability to work closely with a large volume of people, a large volume of calls per day and covering urgent requests
Ability to communicate verbally in an effective manner
Ability to be flexible and work with multiple interruptions
Adaptable to change
Licensure/Certification/Registration
