Job Summary
  • Employee that demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with responsibility and accountability for strategically leading and managing a 24/7 department. Defines, implements, and continuously evaluates the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for Admission Services. Has responsibility for development of management team and staff through coaching and mentoring. Responsible for staffing levels within budget amounts. Oversees and plans for process re-design and changes as needed and appropriate. Serves on multiple hospital committees, task forces as needed/required.
 
 Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Required: 5 years registration, supervisory, or related experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Knowledge of need for confidentiality
    • Computer and keyboarding experience
    • Ability to be flexible and work with multiple interruptions
    • Adaptable to change
