Job Summary
- The Clinical Coordinator of CoxHealth Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care (Springfield and Branson) leads and coordinates the clinical functions of the department to ensure high quality patient service, safety, and outcomes. Includes leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers in the hyperbaric medicine and wound care field, providing a safe and effective work environment. Duties include providing appropriate orientation for new employees, scheduling employees, managing daily clinic flow, supervision of patient care, patient case management, communication and collaboration with staff
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program
  - Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field
- Experience
  - Required: One year clinical experience in hyperbaric medicine and wound care
  - Preferred: One year management in healthcare setting
- Skills
  - Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in caring for complex wound care and hyperbaric medicine patients, including both clinical and business functions.
  - Ability to provide for high quality clinical care for wound care/hyperbaric patients by developing and applying knowledge specific to this population and its needs.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: Current Missouri RN license
  - Preferred: Hyperbaric certification through UHMS, BLS, ACLS
