Summary

Job Summary
- A Rehab Therapy Tech will transfer, transport and assist therapists (under direct supervision) working with young adult thru geriatric populations in a variety of settings to include IP Rehab, SNF, and Acute C are (specific to elective total joints). Therapy techs provide an important and supportive role to therapists while completing a variety of duties to include preparing/cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, inventory and restocking of supplies and equipment, posting schedules, assisting patients before/after therapy with personal care needs (toileting, transport, transfers, clothing/linens, etc.). The therapy tech will provide hands on assistance under direct supervision and as directed by the licensed therapist for wound care and lymphedema treatments.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience
  - Preferred: Previous experience in the medical field
- Skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  - Excellent customer service skills.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Weekend - 8:00 am-4:30 pm
