Summary
With services designed to help people of all ages live independently in the comfort of their own home, you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of those you see while providing one-on-one patient focused care with Cox Health at Home. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, you will collaborate with other disciplines (RN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW, home health aides) on a daily basis to provide a comprehensive experience for our patients. . We encounter a wide variety of patients allowing you to keep your skills current. You will feel the support of our management team and support staff including our physician liaisons who help facilitate communication with our providers.
