Job Summary
Oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled services for Home Health patients to ensure the highest quality of care.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program.
Experience
Required: Minimum one (1) year experience in professional nursing or therapy within the last three (3) years.
Preferred: Supervisory experience.
Preferred: Minimum six (6) months experience in Home Health.
Skills
Must have independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to exercise attention to detail and prioritize efficiently.
Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
Basic knowledge of computer preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: MO RN license.
