Job Summary
A Patient Care Representative III – Office Team Lead ensures that the day to day operations in the Retail and Lobby area are functioning as efficient and effective as possible. They are responsible for coordinating the care of all walk-in customers and leading the other PCR staff up front to ensure all patients are taking care of in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Preferred: Previous supervisory experience
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
