Job Summary
A Customer Services Representative II needs to maintain a positive helpful attitude and approach in providing excellent customer service to all customers. They will respond to patient questions or problems while maintaining open communication with patient and referral sources.
A Customer Service Rep II is an employee with a basic working knowledge of all office (unit) functions and is responsible for facilitating communication and completing work assignments pertaining to general behaviors as follows: Heavy workload, capable of managing several tasks at one time. Responsible for intake of all new patient referrals, documentation of patient demographics and accurate placement of this information in the computer system. Must have a good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Third party Insurance reimbursement guidelines.

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
Preferred: 2 years customer service experience
