Job Summary
Plans, organizes and directs both the long-term and day-to-day operations of all home care services and functions provided within the HealthCare Services Corporation.
Job Requirements
Education
College degree or equivalent management experience with a proven track record of accomplishment or a current state Registered Nurse License (BSN preferred).
Experience
Within the healthcare setting: a minimum of two (2) years experience in the administration of a private duty homecare organization or three (3) years in an administrative capacity in other healthcare setting. Outside of the healthcare setting: a minimum of five (5) years experience in an administrative/management capacity.
Skills
Ability to provide and demonstrate leadership and direction.

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and implement effectively.
Ability to accept responsibility, function independently, and demonstrate good judgment.
